Comfy and ideal location, a subway station was next to the hotel. I had coffee at Dunkin', located within 15 minutes walk.
The breakfast itself was expensive, can be better.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and its tasteful and solid breakfast.
Wonderful very nice business hotel with reasonable value, we had a WONDERFUL stay. Our room was bright and fantastic with standalone bathtub next to the bed, good view and the Window of the World.

Spent 2 days here on a business trip late April. Very impressive. The hotel is located next to “Windows of the World” theme park and the “Holiday Plaza mall”, in fact the hotel is connected to the mall (door closes at 10 pm). There is a mtr station which is +/- 2 mins walk away so travelling around is not a problem. It takes only +/- 15 minutes from the Westin Shenzhen to Hongkong border by taxi. The staff were all exceptional, the room one of the most comfortable I have stayed in anywhere. The bed was awesome (large, very comfy, plenty pillows)! The heavenly bath (separate shower, designer bath tube; nice amenities) was wonderful. Room light was well designed, in-room entertainment and equipment were excellent. Dining: I booked the package yuan 299 + 15 % service charge for 1, yuan 399 + service charge for 2; includes breakfast, internet access and evening snacks at the lounge). I only had breakfast at the lounge. Unfortunately I did not have a chance to visit one of the restaurants but surely some other customers have made comments on restaurants as well as on spa. If I have to go to Shenzhen again I definitely will stay at the Westin! And I certainly would recommend others to do so.

I stayed in a brand-new and contemporary room with a mini bar, climate control, and an individual safe. A lot of food items served for tasteful breakfast. the location was convenient and ideal, in an adjacent mall, and my bed was comfy.

I indulged in authentic Cantonese cuisine at the Five Sen5es, from tasty dim sums to luxurious abalone. The Westin Carlsbad Resort and Spa was a family paradise with pools and Jacuzzis. Tangent meeting spaces had everything I needed to get my work done. I received a Westin Family Travel Journal and Local Activity Guide for my children.
My only complaint was the lack of elevators in the lobby.

The heavenly bed provided a comfortable and relaxing night's sleep. The view from the room facing Window of the World was also a bonus. The 24-hour gym and swimming pool were great for staying active. I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel.

The room size was spacious and the style of the room was modern and comfortable. The location of the hotel was convenient, with direct subway access and close proximity to famous theme parks. The concierge desk provided excellent support and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The internet charges were quite expensive, especially considering the price of the room. It would have been better to have free wifi, like most other hotels.
